We have been facing a weird situation where post installation of .NET 4.0 full on Windows 2003 environment, the AppPool of web services on IIS 6.0, running under .NET framework 2.0, gets changed to DefaultAppPool pointing to .NET framework 1.1.
Please share your thoughts and resolution, if anyone faced similar situation,
