Infopath Query-sharepoint 2010

We have some functionality in our project for info path forms. If anybody did this or have any idea how to do this, Please reply me with your valuable inputs.

 

We are using info path forms in our project to display it to user. These info path forms have sub form also.

e.g.

 

We have one parent form say like “User Profile” and we have sub form for this parent form “Personal Info”.

Suppose user select “Update Address” in Personal info form “Yes / No”, then when user visit “Personal Info” sub form,

If he selected “Yes” in parent form, he should able to see the update address field enable (otherwise disabled).
