We have an issue related to MSMQ performance/load.
In our client production system have multiple Queues in which One is “Main Queue” which dispatches the messages to different Queues based on label type & configuration. The Main Job of dispatcher (Main Queue) is read messages from Main Queue and distribute the messages to multiple Queues. The issue is - in Main Queue due to some migration huge number of messages started coming-in due to Heavy in-flow there is huge time delay (3-4 days) in dispatching the message to sub-Queues.
Is there any way to improve the performance of the Queue so that it dispatches faster (current speed - Main Queue dispatches 3 messages per second) ?
